These groups are designed to promote movement and connection. We will gather for 30-45 minutes of hiking, running, walking, or some other movement based activity, followed by a 30 minutes of time to connect with the group. Anyone is welcome to attend any group and move at your own pace. Each month will highlight and cater to a specific demographic or type of movement and connection.
